Hello Wellvites gummy lovers!
Today we have recipe for candy lovers. After you eat your dosage of 2 Wellvites multivitamin gummies, this is a vegan and sugar free candy, it takes only 10 minutes to prepare. You can have the possibility to cook vegetarian gummies without gelatin but also with other fruits and other forms of gummies. It’s very colorful and fruity, it can be for small appetite during break.
Ingredients:- Mango Gummies
- 1 1/2Medium Ripe Read to eat Mango
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar Free Vanilla Essence
- 4 Tablespoons Grass Fed Gelatin
- Blackberry Gummies
- 300g Blackberries
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar Free Vanilla Essence
- 4 Tablespoons Grass Fed Gelatin
- Vegetarian Gummies
- 3 Tablespoons Agar (in replacement of gelatin)
How to make it: (example for mango gummies)
- Peel and de-seed the mango and then add to your blender along with the lemon juice and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth and silky with no lumps.
- When measured the mixture should roughly measure 1 cup. If it measures more leave the excess mixture aside.
- Pour the mango into a saucepan and heat just until it starts to bubble. It is important not to boil it as it destroys the important vitamin C, stir through to make sure the entire mixture is fully hot then remove from the heat.
- Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin and whisk slowly until it is completely dissolved.
- Pour into moulds and then place in the refrigerator until completely set.
